This 8 week Heartfulness Meditation Program offers a simple set of relaxation and meditation exercises, which when practiced daily, help restore balance in life, manage stress, better your health, and most of all will lead to inner calm and peace.
These relaxation and meditation techniques are taught over an 8 week course. Each class focuses on both the conceptual frameworkas well as practicalmeditation and relaxation methods. As classes progress, other techniques are added to help you go deeper into yourself.
All participants are encouraged to attend all 8 sessions. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to persons who attend all 8 sessions.
Participants will be meditating in chairs. Those wishing to meditate while sitting on the floor may bring their own floor cushions.
This Heartfulness Meditation program is conducted entirely by certified Heartfulness volunteer trainers who have experience meditating and training for several years.
